PEE WEES
4 years old (Birth Year 2018)
Our 4 year old Developmental Program is a 1 with 1 developmental soccer program led by a professional soccer trainer specifically for the child and parent. Parents participate in the training session along with their child. This program teaches soccer basics along with fun activities to develop coordination for their age level.
RED HOTS
Kindergarten (Birth years 2016 & 2017)
This is a developmental program led by a professional soccer trainer. The first 30 minutes of the session is focused on teaching the players basic soccer skills while having fun! Once the training session is over, teams will be formed by the professional trainer and will be fluid to create an optimum environment for all players of all levels to develop their soccer and team skills. Games will be played 4 v 4 with no goalie.
HOT SHOTS
1st and 2nd grades (Birth Years 2015 & 2016)
At this level, girls and boys are separated and will have a 45 minute training session during the week led by a professional soccer trainer along with their coach. This session will help develop the players individual soccer and team skills. Teams will be formed and games will be played 4v4 with no goalie.
STRIKERS
3rd and 4th grades (Birth Years 2013 and 2014)
This program builds upon the developmental skills taught from the previous years. Players in this division will have one 60 minute training session during the week led by a professional soccer trainer and one coach led practice. Games will be played at 7 v 7. This group also has the unique opportunity to play games with our neighboring club.
UPPER IM (10+)
Our Upper IM program teams participate in the Joint Intramural League during the Fall season. Teams practice two times per week, one with a professional trainer and one coach led. Games are on the weekends and our teams play against other Intramural teams participating in the JIL league. Games can be home or away to local Clubs. ADULTS
Adults play weekly from late spring to late fall in a non-competitive pick-up format with strict rules to protect and extend our soccer careers. Volunteers are always welcome to help manage the program.
Occasionally adjustments are made to the above age groupings to accommodate our player registrations and to ensure competitive groupings.
